4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries where import of Ayurvedic, herbal, or homeopathic products is restricted.

PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses may not be eligible for courier delivery.

Some products may require longer handling times due to export documentation or regulatory compliance.

5. Damages or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@safuron.com with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
